AK Party Chairman and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan addressed around 20.000 people of Cankiri at the Municipality Square in Cankiri Rally of March 26, 2009. 

In his speech at the meeting organized by AK Party branch in Cankiri, ERDOGAN emphasized that the destiny of Turkey had changed with the AK Party’s coming to power and Turkey was now able to speak out in global and regional matters, could mediate, could support the just causes and aggrieved individuals and could defend the righteous both home and abroad. The rally was attended by the two Members of Parliament from Cankiri, Mr Nurettin Akman and Suat KINIKLIOGLU.
