Based at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, the Kokkalis Program's mission is to enhance the quality of stability, democracy, prosperity and institutional vitality in Southeastern and East-Central Europe. Towards the fulfillment of this aim, the Kokkalis Program supports an integrated network of educational, research and outreach Suat KINIKLIOGLU, being elected for the program which includes professors Brian Mandell, Elaine Kamarck and David King, took part in the seminar debates on 15 – 18 June where issues as negotiation and conflict management, scenario planning, innovation in governance and strategic planning and leading were discussed. |
