Suat KINIKLIOGLU, Spokesman of the Foreign Affairs Committee received US students from Georgia in the AK Party board conference room.

At the meeting where AK Party Malatya MP Mehmet SAHIN was also present, KINIKLIOGLU stated that the students have been awarded in various competitions organized by the Education Department of Georgia, the UN and the Istanbul Center as well as by distinct Universities in the branches of painting and essay writing.

KINIKLIOGLU also pointed out that the academic year 2008-2009 had been declared “Year of Turkey” by Kennesaw State University and the Istanbul Center and that those competitions were conducted in this context which was a very important contribution for the publicity of Turkey.
